Bolster is a Skill in Darkest Dungeon 2, it is a skill that is exclusive to the Man at Arms class. Skills in Darkest Dungeon 2 are used in two ways, either to attack Enemies or to buff yourself or your allies with various effects. Skills are unlocked at the Shrine of Mastery, which also provides backstory for the hero. And to upgrade the skills, you will need to spend Mastery Points, which can be earned by completing Road Battles and Routes or main quests.
Darkest Dungeon 2 Bolster Information
- Hero (Class): Man at Arms
- Rank: The skill can be used by the Man at Arms hero on any team rank position.
- Target: The skill targets the whole team. And the effect is applied to the hero unit that requires it.
- Any hero unit that is rebuffed with the Vulnerable Negative Token is removed, while the Man at Arms hero gains the Block Positive Token.
Darkest Dungeon 2 Bolster Skill Guide
Another support skill that applies the Block buff to the Man at Arms hero and removes the Vulnerable negative status effect on any team member that has the token. At first this is a useful skill to use to further increase your defenses, but it is even more viable when you master this skill. Mastering this skill becomes capable of removing the Horror negative status effect, and most importantly, has a 50% chance to decrease the stress level of the team by -1. This skill does not have a cooldown so it is best used to exploit it if needed to keep everyone's stress level down.
