Pit Fighter is an Enemy type in Darkest Dungeon 2. Enemies are opponents that will be encountered throughout the game during Combat stops while traveling on the Stagecoach. Some enemies are faced through specific encounters such as Cultist and Resistance Encounters. They are the main antagonists of the Heroes that they will have to fight off and defeat to progress and gain Mastery Points and treasures that will benefit the Party and reduce Loathing. Enemies in Darkest Dungeon consist of different types of creatures and enemy types, with their own set of stats and Skills. Players should be aware that these enemies can receive stat and combat bonuses should the Torch Flame reach a low point. 

Darkest Dungeon 2 Pit Fighter Information

• Location: The Sprawl

• The Pit Fighter is encountered throughout the Burning Piles in the Sprawl in Darkest Dungeon 2 amongst other Fanatics. The Pit fighter is a strong opponent that could easily put Heroes on Death's Door in 2 attacks. He starts with a bulk of Health and his Skills deal a great amount of damage, Burn effects and Stress with his attacks. On top of his great stats, he usually takes 2 turns per round. His Jawbreaker uppercut attack has the ability to deal a large amount of damage to a frontline Hero in line, applying the Dazed effect, which delays the characters turn to the end of the round, and pushes them back a position. As Combat progresses, he will also use his Accelerant Skill to provide himself additional buffs to his attacks, usually applying additional Burn damage to his hits and adding to his Speed.
