Strength is a Status Effects in Darkest Dungeon 2. Status Effects are now used as Tokens that are guaranteed effects upon use during combat. These are sorted as Buffs, Debuffs, Stealth, Unique and Special effects. Some effects come from Skills and Trinkets. Skills can now cause a variety of effects that are shown by tokens. To see what each token means, each token can be moused over and the list of tokens can be viewed at the token glossary. This can also be done during combat.

This effect token is an offensive affect that increases damage dealt to opponents. This is a guaranteed effect, that upon a landed hit will deal 50% more damage than a normal attack.
