Widow is an Enemy type in Darkest Dungeon 2. Enemies are opponents that will be encountered throughout the game during Combat stops while traveling on the Stagecoach. Some enemies are faced through specific encounters such as Cultist and Resistance Encounters. They are the main antagonists of the Heroes that they will have to fight off and defeat to progress and gain Mastery Points and treasures that will benefit the Party and reduce Loathing. Enemies in Darkest Dungeon consist of different types of creatures and enemy types, with their own set of stats and Skills. Players should be aware that these enemies can receive stat and combat bonuses should the Torch Flame reach a low point.

• The Widow is part of the Gaunt Undead Faction in Darkest Dungeon 2. Echoes of humanity.. twisted by hopelessness. She is usually encountered with another Gaunt and Lost Souls through random Road fights. Reflected on the titles of her Skills is the essence of who she was a person. She wields a mirror and seen looking at it throughout Combat. Even as a corpse she aggressively prevents people from looking at her, attacking them with her 'Don't Look!' All skills point to her newfound shame in her new Gaunt body, with Gruesome Reflection also adding horror to Heroes.
