The Wainwright is an NPC in Darkest Dungeon 2. NPCs include Merchants, Assisantance Encounters, NPCs that assist in upgrades and assist with the Heroes' progress during their runs and in the general campaign. Heroes can interact with different NPCs and Merchants to purchase goods such as Trinkets, Inn Items, Stagecoach Upgrades and Combat Items or request for a service in exchange for Mastery Points, Relics and Baubles. Come across these NPCs at the inn or by choosing routes or Locations with NPCs. The rest of them can be randomly encountered throughout the journey.
Your coach must be maintained if it is to carry you where you must go.

- The Wainwright is in charge of Stagecoach Upgrades. Each Improvement a new variable in the equation of your fate. Drag each upgrade to the Stagecoach and the new Item will appear on the Stagecoach. Players may even choose to have a pet for their journey.
