Ransack is a Skill in Darkest Dungeon 2, it is a skill that is exclusive to the Runaway class. Skills in Darkest Dungeon 2 are used in two ways, either to attack Enemies or to buff yourself or your allies with various effects. Skills are unlocked at the Shrine of Mastery, which also provides backstory for the hero. And to upgrade the skills, you will need to spend Mastery Points, which can be earned by completing Road Battles and Routes or main quests.
Darkest Dungeon 2 Ransack Information
- Hero (Class): Runaway
- Rank: Runaway hero must be positioned on team ranks 1, 2, or 3 in order to use this skill.
- Target: Ransack skill of the Runaway can only target a single enemy unit positioned on ranks 1, 2, or 3.
- Causes the Runaway hero to move 1 rank forward, as well as pulling the targeted enemy unit forward, 1 rank as well.
Darkest Dungeon 2 Ransack Skill Guide
Ransack is another melee attack that is best used to move forward to the front rank if you are pushed back or moved to the mid ranks of the team's lineup. This damages an enemy, allows the Runaway hero to move 1 rank forward and pulls the target enemy to 1 rank forward as well. It is highly recommended to have this in the Runaway's list of active skills since you are able to move around the team's lineup if needed. Further mastering this skill makes it a strong skill since hitting a targeted enemy that has the combo token applies the burn effect to a random enemy that is adjacent to the targeted unit. The Ransack skill of the Runaway hero requires her to be in front to mid-ranks 1-3 of the team and can only target a single enemy unit that is also in the front to mid ranks of the enemy team lineup.
How to Unlock Ransack in Darkest Dungeon 2
- Requires the hero to reflect on her past via the Shrine of Reflection to learn this skill. Obtained as a reward for clearing Chapter 1 of the Runaway's Lore.
